Setup roaming last week. Arrived in Rome yesterday and nothing at all. Everything is set as it should be on my galaxy a53. Turned on and off a few time's but absolutely nothing no calls no data all I've got is WiFi at the hotel. Please can someone help.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your roaming at this time.
As you're using an Android phone, follow these steps to see if it resolves the issue: Select Apps from your home screen > Virgin SIM toolkit > Roaming > Mode > Manual > International. Once this has been done, you might need to reboot.

Did you receive a text at all when you landed in Rome that welcomed you to the network?
Have you rebooted your phone since arriving in Rome, if not please do try this and let us know if you're still having issues.

Hi I didn't receive a text and I've tried rebooting my phone a few times now an nothing at all. Roaming is switched on and international call barring is switched off.
