I am about to start later in the year in Poland and then spending a few weeks in Romania.

I would like to know that my pay monthly contract:

I have unlimited minutes + texts

70GB data per month.

Can I use all of the above allowance in Poland?

Can I use my minutes to call back to the UK landline and mobile?

Can I text message in Poland?

I understand these are a-lot of questions but I am getting different answers from 789.

Only if you call a number outside of your allowances.

Calls to standard UK landlines and mobile numbers in your allowances are covered.

So, within reason I can call back home the UK within my package from Europe.

Yes.

One thing to be aware of though is that due to the way the Roam Like Home rules work, if you call a Polish or Romanian phone number while in the UK then that is chargeable at 19ppm as you're not roaming and International calls aren't in your allowances.

Call the same number when you're in either country and it is included in your allowances as you're roaming.

I have elderly parents, so now I know I can ring them back home in the UK to their land line and mobile: both on VM.
