As per usual your roaming is not working when I first arrive and there is literally nobody to contact for support when I'm already overseas so I need someone from your network to rectify this ASAP please... and then also contact me about early exit of my contract because this is the third time this has happened and I'm not sticking with this weak network.

I am sorry to hear about this - we do have contact methods in which you can reach the team whilst you're abroad. We have a WhatsApp messenger number which is: +44730 532 7112, we also have a contact number of whilst abroad: +44 7953 967 967.
Can you confirm that roaming is active on your online account - if so, have you tried a manual network search on your device?
You wouldn't be able to exit your contract unless you paid any outstanding amount. Roaming isn't something that we can guarantee whilst you are away unfortunately - as of the weak network you mention, whilst you're abroad, it's not our network you would connect to.
