Roaming after 31 January 2020

If I’m in Europe on 31st January what will happen to roaming charges?

Stays the same through the transition period.

Then it's down to what is negotiated.

Personally I would have been more worried what would happen to my European Health Insurance seeing I used it last time I was over

Don't think any agreements have been sorted out yet which all will have to follow, even when things have been decided - 30days notice of any major changes will need to be given to us first.

From the Government Website

In the event of a deal, surcharge-free roaming would continue to be guaranteed during the Implementation Period. Following the Implementation Period the arrangements for roaming, including surcharges, would depend on the outcome of the negotiations on the Future Economic Partnership.
