Roaming Issues

Hi, I'm currently abroad (Canary Islands) and unable to switch 'roaming' on in the Virgin Media app. For the last 2 days an error message is displayed and says 'please try again later'. I've tried rebooting etc. I really need access to my text messages for banking verification purposes. Can anyone help/advise please? Thanks

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

I am very sorry to hear you are not able to use the roaming service whilst abroad. 

With roaming, we advise activating the service at least 24 hours ahead of leaving the UK.

We would be happy to take a look at the settings from our side and do all we can to help get this matter resolved. To do this, I will pop you over a private message to the purple envelope on the top right of this page.
