Roaming Charges

Have just returned from Greece (Corfu) & have received an overly large Bill for using mobile phone whilst in Albania where I have never visited. I understand that Albania is a country off Corfu but have never been there which passport confirms & now want to take steps to recover imposed costs added to my bill.

I am so sorry to hear that you have been effected by roaming charges. Sometimes you can connect to a signal from another country if you are close enough so these charges may be valid. 

I would be more than happy to take a closer look into this however so we can investigate and I will pop you a PM now.
