Roam Like Home...can't connect to network

Hi There,

I am in Croatia.

I have set data roaming on and international call barring off in the account.

On the phone, Data roaming is on and the phone has been rebooted.

The Access Point name is Virginmobile, but I can't get a network.

I have tried each of the three available networks manually, but get "Your SIM card does not allow a connection to this Network".

I can't think of anything else to try. I am at Zagreb airport, so should get a signal.

I need some expert support, I suspect 😊😊😊

Try locating SIM Toolkit on you phone and manually changing it to International

Sorry to hear about your issue, it does seem strange that this isn't working with Data Roaming on - are you able to access this when trying the above suggestion from enlli?
