I've had a SIM-only Virgin Mobile phone deal for a long time - I think I got my SIM card around 2015/2016. I'm travelling to Spain in November, but I don't know if I'll be able to Roam like Home - do I need to do something to activate my SIM card to be able to use this service?
Thank you for any advice! 🙂

Hi Kokokringle, welcome to the community! Thank you for posting.
To get your phone set up to roam abroad please head to this help page for Using your VM mobile abroad and follow the instructions to ensure you are set up correctly!
You can also find our Roaming hub here for more information on what to expect whilst using your phone in Spain.
If you do have any issues whilst abroad you can contact the mobile team abroad on +44 7953 967 967.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions and we will do our best to answer these.
All the best

Thank you Molly! So just to confirm, if those pages don't mention anything about SIM cards - which I don't think they do - that means my old SIM card will work fine for Roam Like Home?
Many thanks for clarifying!

Thanks for the reply, kokokringle.
We'd be able to look into this for you and see if a new SIM needs to be sent in order to avoid issues while abroad.
In order to do this, I will send you a private message here shortly.
Please check the top-right corner of our forum and you should see a purple envelope. Click this and you'll see my message.
