Ripped Off by Virgin, No Complaint Responce and Breach of Contract

I signed up on 10th September 2019 for the Unlimited Oomph package online @ £89 per month - the order was completed and the credit check, in Virgins own words "sailed through" yet a few hours later I get a welcome email that 'tucked in the small print' states a sim is not being supplied - I replied asking why and what my bill would be reduced to taking this into account - I received NO REPLY. However I have since received a copy of my contract SIGNED BY VIRGIN a showing a sim IS included, as does the 'your package' in my online account. I lodged a complaint but of course NO REPLY.
