Revised mobile App

What on earth have VM done to their new app? Too much emphasis has been put on advertising. I do not want this on an app, it should be for checking your account, not used as an advertising platform.

I'm sorry for our delayed response from here, and to hear you're unhappy with the changes we've made to our account managing apps. Just to confirm, are you now using the 'My Virgin Media app' to manage your mobile services, instead of the Virgin Mobile UAE app? Just want to ensure you're using the correct one.

Hi Beth, thanks for your reply, Yes I am using the new app. See below. I do feel the ads are intrusive. Not what I expect from an app that should provide details of account use.
