I returned the device to virgin by their prepaid service, which incidentally took around 18 days to arrange as the package failed to arrive twice, and posted it on 4/6/2020. I have contacted them a couple of times as it was sent tracked 24 but they keep fobbing me off with 5 working days before we usually contact you. I have heard nothing since and fear the item has gone missing. The last person I spoke to refused to tell me the process if that happens because it never happens apparently.
