Returning Devices

Dear Support

 

my devices where returned to VirginMedia on saturday and confirmed delivered
via royal mail, when can i start my upgrade again

Mobile Contract with iPad Deal, was returned saturday to CV10 7RL
i've had no confirmation that VirginMedia has received it yet, still waiting for that E-Mail

however i was told there is a 7 day cooling off period
my previous plan should then be put back on then i should be able to
do another upgrade "correctly" this time ?

yes i returned it as it was requested so they could cancel the contract
which was agreed

the 1st packing for (CSG Return) did not arrive and have the referrence for this, the 2nd packaging (CSG arrived on 15th Jan, it was returned
on 16th to CV10 7RL with royal mail tracking confirmation

howver for the 2nd (CSG) request i did not receive an email with the new reference

I have checked my emial and have not received any confirmation however

The plan now Says

Holding Plan. It no longer says 1 GB Data plan Only
