Were you advised to send this back to us? Did we send out packaging for you to return it?
@Zak_Myes i returned it as it was requested so they could cancel the contractwhich was agreedthe 1st packing for (CSG Return) did not arrive and have the referrence for this, the 2nd packaging (CSG arrived on 15th Jan, it was returnedon 16th to CV10 7RL with royal mail tracking confirmation
howver for the 2nd (CSG) request i did not receive an email with the new reference

The plan now Says
Holding Plan. It no longer says 1 GB Data plan Only
