Restriction Code

Virgin Media have advised me to contact you - having inserted a new Virgin SIM card on 3 July, I need a Restriction Code in order to unblock my phone.

I have twice requested the code by completing the online form but had no reply. Neither have I had a reply to my numerous messages on the web chat.

Can you provide the code if I give you my IMEI number?

As long as the phone has been purchased from VM then you can request this yourself from https://www.virginmedia.com/help/unlock-code-request1

Yes, the phone was purchased from VM.
I have already twice requested the code, using the link you referred to, but I don't get a reply. Although VM promise to email the code within 72 hours, that has not happened!
