Virgin Media have advised me to contact you - having inserted a new Virgin SIM card on 3 July, I need a Restriction Code in order to unblock my phone.
I have twice requested the code by completing the online form but had no reply. Neither have I had a reply to my numerous messages on the web chat.
Can you provide the code if I give you my IMEI number?
As long as the phone has been purchased from VM then you can request this yourself from https://www.virginmedia.com/help/unlock-code-request1

Due to the link not sending the code, I have escalated to the VM forum team, somebody will be along in this thread to resolve it for you.
