Restore mobile phone number

I am trying to get Virgin Mobile to restore my mobile number. My Mobile account ended. I noticed after only a couple of hours, but apparently it will take 3-5 working days to restore it? How can it take so long? Is there a quicker way? Many thanks

Hi RW4690,

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some issues with your mobile number.

It sounds like the team have raised an IT ticket for you, which can take 3-5 days to resolve. So what you've been advised would be correct.
