Thanks for your post.

Can you please give us more info? Have you tried to reset yourself? You can do this by:

1. Call voicemail, use the wrong PIN, and choose ‘Request a new PIN’ – a temporary PIN will be texted to you.
2. Redial voicemail and use the temporary PIN in 24 hours (before it expires).
3. Create your new PIN.

Are you currently in the UK? Or did you go on holiday before setting this up?
