Could any Virgin Mobile staff reading this please provide me with assistance to re-set my voicemail pin
Appears to be a known problem. Why doesn't Virgin ensure that customers are informed that a pin is automatically set when roaming. Then those customers who don't use a pin whilst in the UK can set one up prior to travelling.

I’m having a problem with my voicemail pin while abroad too. I’m sure I’m using the correct PIN which I believe I set before leaving the U.K. Is anyone able to help me with this please? Sorry for using your post gazza, I’m not great at this stuff!

I'm sorry to hear you're facing some voicemail related issues whilst outside of the UK. Did you ensure that you activated your roaming services at least 24 hours before leaving the UK? Are any other services impacted at all, such as making/receiving calls and texts or using data?
Can you also confirm what happens exactly when you attempt to access your voicemail inbox?

Hi Zach
Thanks for your help. Other services are unaffected and roaming was activated at least 24 hours before leaving the U.K. When I try and access my voicemail it just keeps asking me for my PIN, when I put my PiN in it says it is not a valid PIN despite me entering the correct number.
