Resent SMS of Network Settings

Hello, can I please be resent the mobile network settings - my sim is white..

I am hoping this will improve my 4g speeds which are appalling

I've just checked the post code you've given and there are known mast issues in that area at the moment, which would explain why you're having the same issue in multiple handsets. You can check yourself here, along with any other post code that you experience problems in.

If you want to discuss cancellation options then please reach out to our retentions department on 0345 6000 789 (or 789 from a Virgin Mobile handset) as we're unable to process cancellations for you from here on the community forums.
