Request new SIM card for faulty one

Hi 

The SIM card on my son's phone is no longer recognised, assume it is faulty as worked previously. We need a replacement and I cannot find anywhere on the site or online account to order a replacement.

How do I make this request?

I need a new sim card as I have changed my phone it seems impossible to request one on the Virgin web site
