Replacement virgin mobile sim card

Hi

I need to order a replacement virgin mobile sim card.

My sim is not working, I have been trying to get one for a while but it seems almost impossible. Is there a way to order one online?

Thanks for posting back on here and sorry to hear you're having some issues. 

 

Before we order you a new SIM just need to ask a couple of questions, 

 

does it not work on WiFi or 4G? 

 

Is it just it won't call out or receive calls?
 

How long has it not been working for?

Hi

 

I was sent a new one last year because they said they were upgrading all of the sim cards and the old ones would be switched off. The old one switched off but the new one that was sent never worked at all. I have tried contacting Virgin by phone, email, writing letters and even complaining but I still haven't been able to get this sorted.

This is similar to my current predicament, fortunately I have the option to cancel contract within 14 days, which I fully intend to do, if I cant get a happy outcome.

Hopefully you'll get sorted soon.
