I have been trying to get through to order a replacement simcard but have not been success full.
The sim card is my daughters on my account. Now she lives so far away we obviously need to be able to contact her.

From reading your original post, I just want to ask a few question first to make sure I have all my ducks in a row.
Is the SIM card for your phone or your daughters?
Also, if it is for your daughter, does she now live outside of the UK? We can't send SIM's via post to other countries, so please let me know.
It is a si. Used by my daughter that is on My account. And no not abroad but significant distance from us in UK.
