My old sim stopped working and I’ve received my replacement. Now I have no service as my sim is not provisioned. I’ve tried switching on and off. Putting airplane mode on and off. Even resetting the network settings. Nothing has worked. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I appreciate it's been a while since you posted, so I hope that you have been able to get some help with this via our other contact methods. However if not, can you please confirm if you followed all the instructions that came with the SIM correctly and can you also tell us why the replacement SIM was needed?
