Replacement sim hasn't activated

I recently lost my phone and consequently the sim card inside it was also lost. I ordered a replacement sim card from virgin which has arrived and I have placed it inside my previous phone, which is an unlocked iPhone 6 (I have used it in the past with virgin mobile sims and I know that it works with them). The problem is that the sim card hasn't activated yet and keeps displaying no service, even when I move around my area into other places that also definitely have signal. I'm pretty sure the sim card hasn't been activated yet and so I was hoping someone could help activate it.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I am really sorry that you're having trouble with the new SIM, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual lately. 

Are you still having an issue with the SIM card now?
