I lost my phone and need a new sim card.
I have been trying for two solid days to contact Virgin for a replacemental as it seems to be impossible to do on your own.
I have used the text service, the messaging service, I have rung countless times and have never felt so ignored in my life.
Can someone please help me with what should be a relatively simple task as I am at a such a level of frustration trying to get any kind of reply from Virgin with absolutely zero response.
Appalling service - I am genuinely dumbfounded at the lack of respect towards their customers.

Sorry to see you've been struggling to get in touch with us, in regards to a new SIM card, and for the time it's taken to respond to this post.
Can you please tell me if you've been able to have this resolved since your post or if you still require assistance?
