Hi, after two weeks of waiting of getting a replacement sim card I have finally got "shiny new" one! Hooray!
But it doesn't work. "Not provisioned" - it says.
I've read several discussions about that and most of them offers three basic solutions
- Read the instruction on openning a door activating the sim https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/activate-sim
- Contact the support team by phone. No hint how to do that with non provisioned sim card although. (Just send your query to 07533016422 and we’ll text you back won't help either)
- Wait to someone from support to find this scream of despair post and answer.
I think option three is what I need.
The support team! Please, please, please.
