Replacement purple sim - not activating

Hi,

I received a replacement pay monthly sim in February but only just managed to geta new phone to put it in.

I followed the instructions for the sim installation into my iPhone 6s. It is connecting to Virgin network but U have no t received the automatic sms so I cant make calls or send sms.

I have tried waiting in the queue to speak to someone on 789 and gave up the will to live.

Any suggestions please on how I get the sim activated?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums. Sorry to hear that your SIM isn't working correctly. What happens when you try to make a call, do you get an error massage of any kind?
