Hi, looking for help please as struggling to make contact with Virgin contact centre by phone or online.
I have an existing package with Virgin, since January, but have not used the mobile part as I was under contract with Vodafone.
Ready to switch now the Vodafone contract is ending, but I've lost the SIM from Virgin. Is there an easy way to get hold of a new one? Without a Virgin mobile number I seem to have issues getting much sense on the chat and can't log in to mobile section.
