Replacement Sim

I got a text this Friday that Virgin has posted a new SIM to my address. I have moved out and would request the SIM to be delivered to a new address. Have been trying to contact via phone but failed.

Can you please help?

Thank you for making this post regarding your new SIM, I'm sorry to hear that it was sent to your previous address and that you've had difficulty getting in touch with us on the phone. I can arrange for your address to be updated on our systems and for a new SIM to be sent. I shall send you a private message to obtain the detail required now.
