Replacement Sim card not arrived

Replacement SIM Card ordered on 25 July not arrived. We are receiving messages that the sim card will stop working tomorrow and all data will be lost. This needs to be discussed with VM but there is no one to talk to and no facility to order new card. This causing so much stress in my family! Thanks VM - trying to call you and can't get through a recorded message said it would send me a link and nothing arrived … feel so let down … 😞 we have tried everything to contact you! #replacementsimcardnotarrived, #poorcustomersupportservice
