Hello, My son lost his phone so we have just received a replacement and put it into a new phone. I've read all of the help suggestions about activating the new SIM but this procedure is not working. The device says that the selected network (Virgin) is unavailable. Please advise how I can get the phone up and running with the replacement SIM - Thanks!
