I was sent a replacement SIM and given a 2 week time limit to swap it over, it arrived a week into the allocated period, only leaving 7 days to make the swap but when I did, it said invalid SIM, haven't been able to contact anyone at Virgin Mobile, on-line help serivce doesn't work, I've sent a complaint and still had no response, meanwhile I've now got two invalid SIMs and I'm paying for a service that isn't available to me! There doesn't appear to any options anywhere to order a new SIM so where on earth do I go from here!???
