I have a SIM card that is showing 'No Service'. I have been through all the fault finding process and this has made no difference. Is it possible to request a replacement sim card be sent out?

2) Had it been working before?
3) Does the device work on the Virgin network EE or Vodafone?
thanks for responding. The sim has been working fine till last week. It worked on the Virgin network.
There isn't a Virgin network. Historically they use EE but are now moving to Vodafone.
Is your problem in one place or is wherever you travel?
If you have no way of contacting them by phone then hang on here. However it can take a while for someone to get to you
