I have not ordered one. What happened was that I received several texts from Virgin saying that I had to swap my SIM and if I gave them my SIM details they would send an updated one. This I did but have had nothing since other than my connection being terminated. I believe the 0345 number is very expensive - do you have an 0800 number or an email address?
