My replacement purple SIM card never worked - said SIM NOT VALID. I tried phoning and texting - no joy -.I now cannot find it anywhere. I have been online but am unable to see how to order one. I need a replacement SIM card - can you help?

I'm very sorry that you're having trouble with the new SIM we sent and for the delay in getting back in touch. We have bene busier than usual.
It sounds like the SIM card hasn't been activated within the 32 days required, or that it just needs activating.
