my mum has a pay as you go virgin SIM but it’s stopped working (phone saying ‘invalid SIM). How do I order a new one please as she needs a phone when out and about?

Really sorry to hear that your mothers SIM card isn't working, this isn't good.
Can I ask if your mother has recently had a replacement SIM or has this been one she has had for a while?
It might be that a replacement SIM will fix it, or it's possible a replacement handset is needed.
