Replacement SIM

Hi,

I revieved an email stating my service wouldn’t work unless I changed my SIM. The issue I have is that I haven’t got a new SIM to change.

HI Babylotion, thanks for the message and we are sorry to hear about the issues which you are having. We have been sending new sims to customers as we are migrating the network, can you confirm if you have managed to order one since posting and if you still require assistance? Chris
