I have been trying for weeks to get a reply from VM via the online help but to no avail, I was sent a new SIM but the codes don't work, I have a Nokia and it asks for a RESTRICTION CODE.

Please could you confirm which Nokia handset you're using? We are replacing some of the older model Nokia handsets free of charge.
