I have lost the letter with a replacement SIM. I have tried everything I can, but now I must come to the forum for assistance.
- I have looked online, only to get lost in the help/advice sections, going around in circles.
- I have rang up on another phone, only to get a text sending me to the previous online viscous circle.
- The online chat is never live.
- My local Virgin Media store is shut down.
- I have even turned to Twitter, but they only seem to reply to rude and aggressive people and not people asking genuine questions politely.
Please help me forum. My phone need a new SIM.
