Same thing with me. Phone has been cut off & have not rec'd a SIM although account says it had been sent. Have had no service for a few days & cannot get hold of anyone. no use using the 789 as the call continually gets re directed to the on line assistance site.
Have 2 other mobile phones that work fine but pretty frustrated with Virgin customer service with this query. have just ordered up GiffGaff in case I cannot get this sorted.
Can someone please assist, just need a SIM popped in the post.
