Replacement SIM - wrong address

Hi there,

I've just had an email confirming the dispatch of a replacement SIM card, however unfortunately the card is being sent to my old address.

I appreciate this is my fault for not updating my address (thought I had done so but apparently not) but is there any way that order can be cancelled and re-issued to my current address please?

Upon further investigation, I can see my account details do indeed already have the correct current address there so it looks like the email is using the address that I had when I first set up this account and not the one currently showing in my account.

Appreciate there are plenty of others experiencing similar issues but if this can be looked into at some point it would be much appreciated 🙂
