Replacement SIM not working

Ordered a replacement SIM as previous one lost. New one has been in phone now for 36 hours and still shows no service, help?

Hey finser, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to our community. I am sorry to hear your new sim card is not working.

Have you activate the sim card yet? If not you can find some tips here;

If not don't worry you can find some tips here 

  1. With your old SIM in your phone, text READY to 789678
  2. Wait for a text telling you to switch your SIM over
  3. Turn off your phone and remove your old SIM. Show me how
  4. Once you’ve popped out the right size SIM, slide it into your phone. Show me how
  5. Turn your phone back on. Enter 7890 if you’re asked for a PIN
  6. Look out for a text confirming that you’re up and running
  7. Try restarting your mobile if you don’t get this text. It might take up to 10 minutes for the new SIM to register on the network.
