Replacement SIM not arrived. Requested twice. Phone services now cut off.
I've received two warning letters about needing to replace my SIM. After the first one I contacted and reported that a new SIM had not arrived. I was told another one had been sent out. Two weeks later and my phone has been cut off meaning I can no longer call customer support.
I would really appreciate a message from a mod about getting a new replacement SIM sent out.
I know all my account and security details, phone number, etc. I just need a new SIM so I can work from home next week. Thanks
