I have not received a replacement SIM for my phone and now it has been cut off. I can't make calls and have had to cancel plans this weekend as I can't receive a OTP passcode from my bank.
I have requested twice now via phone a replacement SIM and it has still not arrived after 1 month, despite 2 warning letters arriving in that time period.
Please, i urgently need help getting a replacement SIM ordered. I am the account holder. I know my security question.
