Replacement SIM has been lost

I was recently sent a replacement SIM for my SIM only Virgin Mobile account. The sim card arrived but I didn't put it inside my phone as my current sim card is still working and i was not aware what it was for. I am now getting messages to insert the new SIM but it has been lost (it is a long story) . I am now getting messages to put my new sim card in my phone. i have tried calling 789 and been help waiting for ages and ages and so i just want VM to send out another SIM. but it is proving very frustrating. Think it would be easier to swicth. Current old SIM works fine. . Thank you

Hi Emma, how have you sent me a message? I am trying to get a new replacement SIM and it is impossible to get through to VM customer service.
