I have had to do a SIM switch for the new service, however i've switched the SIM prematurely and didn't send the 'SWITCH' text until after i'd changed the sims. i've now received a text sayig my service will be cut from tomorrow.
Likewise I have repeatedly tried to contact Virgin but to no avail.
Do I need another replacement SIM or is there a way of using the one I already have?
the new SIM is in and the phone is fully operational however I didn't text 'SWITCH' until today (due to receiving a text explaining that my service would be cut tomorrow). I've then had a reply to say the switch will take place tomorrow so I just wanted to be sure that it hadn't registered to 'switch' the new SIM.
