Replacement SIM card

Are virgin still open shop wise. Twice ordered new sim but still not received anything back and it’s now six weeks since first request for a new sim.

Welcome to our forums and thank you for posting. I'm sorry that you've had trouble receiving your replacement SIM.

 

As enlli has advised, all our retail stores have permanently closed and will not be reopening. When you've ordered this SIM, have you confirmed that we have the correct address details for you on file? It sounds like we may have some outdated or otherwise incorrect information.
