Replacement SIM card not working in a Nokia 1100 Mobile
I have been round and round the internet trying g to sort out my problem with the new Virgin SIM card not working in my Nokia 1100 mobile
. I have been in touch with Virgin Media by several texts but they are unable to help as my Nokia is not a smart phone. It looks as if they are trying to force out users of older phones from the Virgin network. Can anyone help?

I can assure you that aren't trying to force out any of our customers, if you have a handset that isn't supported by our sim card we will be able to send out a replacement handset free of charge.
Lets see if we can get this resolved first before we can send out a new handset. What happens when you put in your sim card? Do you get any error messages? Are you asked for an unlock code for any other time of code?
