Replacement PAYG Sim

Hi I’m looking to see how I order a replacement PAYG Sim as I’ve misplaced my SIM card.

Virgin no longer do PAYG SIMs 

Also if you have not used your PAYG phone for a call or Text in the last 90 days then the account would have been closed as per the terms and conditions.

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post; sorry that you seem to have misplaced one of your PAYG SIM cards. 

 

As our VIP @enlli has advised, we no longer supply new PAYG SIMs. If you have not used your SIM within the last 90 days, the account would have been deactivated. If this is the case, we would not be able to replace your SIM, I can only apologise.
