Replacement Oomph Sim not activating

Today I received my new oomph SIM card but I cannot get it to activate. I’ve tried everything on the Virgin mobile site but still no success. Any ideas?

P.S. The previous oomph sim I had was never activated within the required 30 days so I had to order a new one. Tried to activate it immediately but nothing.
