Hi, I have recently joined as a virgin media customer and received my new virgin SIM card. However the new SIM card doesn’t work and I need a replacement. I have tried for 2 days with various phone calls, and emails but nobody has offered a solution to what should be a simple request.

Sorry to hear you've been having issues with a new SIM. What happens exactly when you try and use it - are there any specific error messages or anything like that? Is there any signal at all or No Service?
If possible it may be helpful to try the SIM in another handset to rule out any issues with the phone itself.
