My father has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and as this is the case a few weeks ago phoned and got them to remove my sisters number to an independent account
it was all set up to have her own account and the direct debit was sorted. But when I try and access her account it is still attached to her dads
i am her main carer and we need this sorted as soon as possible please so she can use her separate account
